Tattoo design for Kelly at my local humane society. I've started volunteering there, offering the money I make from pet portrait commissions as donations to them and drawing pictures of adoptable cats and dogs for people to look at.
Kelly is one of the staff members there and she was incredibly enthusiastic about the idea for this tattoo. She's really into Celtic artwork and already has the Uffington horse and celtic lion tat. For this, I kept to a similar style. It's looks a little more tribal than Celtic, but I like it (and so did Kelly!)
woah, it's weird that you talked about volunteering at an animal shelter, since i have been wanting to draw a bunch of dog pictures and sell them for money to donate there. I went to my local shelter recently for a photo club thing and took a bunch of pictures to help with adoption flyers and stuff. anywho, i'll shut up now and comment on the pic Nice pic, is she actually going to get it done as a tattoo? If it's smaller, i don't know if you'd be able to see the paw prints on the fox that well on an actual tattoo...but who knows. It's awesome otherwise <3

Do it! The guys I work with love the art. The volunteers themselves are happy to pay for commissions and even happier the money goes to the charity they work for.
She told me she'd have it done over her shoulder blade, so it'd be fair-sized. Besides, tattooists have some needles with thing enough tips that they can do super fine details like that.
They're always wanting cat boxes, food, blankets, and that sort. I've got posters hung up around there you can look at if you're interested in a commission.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
Have a great time everyone and please fav this article so as many people can see the featured works. I would recommend seeing each one and faving them too.
I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
