Brandy, another NPC raider in High Society.
This old man rolls! He's probably in his early to mid ~~50s~~ 60s. His Wendigo appears to him as his late daughter.
I think he probably ran ~~a boat rental or something~~, a bar in Errol and was an agreeable kind of guy who loved even tourists and never turned down a good conversation.

Love the design for this guy. He really does look like a sad old man. Probably causes plenty of chaos in the battlefield, though.
